The staff is friendly, helpful, and accommodating. It was obvious that they wanted to make sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay, including a wonderful breakfast buffet. I would definitely stay here again if I ever return to Slovakia.」

For a five-star hotel charging over €200 per night, this kind of detail should not be overlooked. It is not simply a clerical matter, but one of respect for your guests. If the registration process is required, I would expect the information provided to be properly respected and reflected in your system.
Additionally, I was surprised to find that the room did not provide a kettle, tea, or coffee—basic amenities that I would expect in a hotel of this category. When I inquired, I was directed to the café where drinks and cakes were available for an additional charge. While I understand your property’s offerings, I believe that in-room coffee or tea facilities are a standard expectation at this level."
