「Honestly one of the worst hotel I’ve been to. The room for 3 was clearly for 2, with the 3rd person supposed to either sleep on the sofa that’s not a sofa bed, or in a tiny that’d barely fit a teenager. The staff is nice but the owner, an old lady, is the rudest person I’ve met. I asked for Tabasco and she literally told me to go and buy it myself. The breakfast is terrible, we stopped having it after 3 days because we couldn’t see it anymore. The “pool” is at best a bath tub. This is NOT a 5*,...

The rooms are amazing, the staff upgraded us and we had our own plunge pool which was a nice bonus. The spa facilities are brilliant and the massages are amazing. 「Excellent location and very nice hotel! Breakfast superbly prepared for each guest, instead of a buffet. Amazing rooftop views and you even see snow capped mountains nearby. Only drawback is parking and scented hallways and carpets. Yet, valet parking was free. Heated pool and sauna are a luxurious touch. Staff is very accommodating, cheerful and always happy to help! During our 6 days of stays, they hlped us in orientation, restaurant recommendation, car rental, travel suggestions, communication in delayed luggage, etc. 1 min to the old harbor ans great harbor view on the roof with music, snacks and drinks. I have to say great service that I seldom seen in my yeas of traveling around the world.」
