「The apartment was clean, spacious and in a quiet location. Everything provided worked well.. We did have some trouble with the plastic white tag which activates power in the room but managed to get it into position which then allowed all power switches to work. We liked the small extras that came with the rental which included a light cereal breakfast and basic housekeeping. The location was the main drawcard. Located just adjacent to the Crowne Plaza Terrigal, it was just a few minutes walk...

When I called in the afternoon, the property manager was extremely rude. Even after I explained the reason for my call, I was repeatedly questioned as if I didn’t understand the instructions.
