「We are return customers to this hotel and there is a reason for that. Greg and Tena provide a pleasant place to vacation. The price is reasonable, the pools/spa are very nice. The staff is amazing and very helpful. I have been coming to the Wisconsin Dells since 1975 and i still enjoy the old school feel of the mom and pop resort. Thank yoh again for a wonderful stay!」

「We had reservations set up thru Expedia. We got there and there was a sign on the door ALL ROOMS BOOKED! I called the number on the email confirmation receipt and got voicemail. "Please leave a number and I will call you back." I called at 5p to check on reservations. I called 4 times at 7p when we got there. Finally the voicemail box was full. 「This location is the BEST for downtown, right off the strip. Clean pool!! Upstairs rooms facing the road are the best. Beds and pillows comfortable. They have ROKU TV..if you don't know how to use it, it's hard to get going. Not alot of extra outlets in the room. No USB ports. My only complaint is the shower...we found black hairs in tub and the tub was not draining right. The shower was a little difficult to figure out. I would definitely stay here again..」

「We had a lovely stay that we booked that morning. The staff was kind and gave our daughter lots of attention on her birthday. Appreciate the ear plugs in the rooms. Everything was clean, including the pool area that the kids loved! My son said the beds were especially comfy. Thanks for the great place to stop on our way across Wisconsin.」

「The room was dirty and the hallways smelled like Indian curry. I requested a double queen non smoking room and I got a double full size room! They said that’s what I paid for and that was not correct! Also the hotel/motel did not have enough parking spaces and it is next to an adult store! Very scary and sketchy! I should have left but was afraid of not getting my money refunded!!」

「The parking lot was newly surfaced. The air conditioner was easy to operate. The floor of our room was not swept. The sheets in one of the beds had little stains on them which indicated bed bugs. There were large plastic tubes mounted on the outside wall between every two room entrances with a hole cut into the top that were filthy for cigarette butts.」

「Nice location. Beautiful hotel. Staff at the pool took the job a little too seriously and did not feel I could enjoy my time at the pool. My teens got yelled at for going in the shallow pool with their little brother and they didn’t yell at another guest with their child.」

「This was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I’ve had. The property was difficult to find due to a lack of adequate signage, there was a person smoking right outside the front door and yelling at her phone. This created an unprofessional and unwelcoming first impression. A loud, continuously barking dog only added to the negative atmosphere. Although the innkeeper was polite, ongoing problems with the reservation system reflected poorly on the property’s management and organization....
