Housekeeping needs to deliver items more quickly. Room service for food was great and the food was so good! Parking for guests needs to be free or refunded the parking garage fee!! I will be back in the future!

i really liked the room it was decent size and the counter staff was amazing. super friendly. they have bikes you can use and water in the lobby. very good location in downtown. my only note would be the rooms do no have a deadbolt. there is security and front desk 24/7. i felt very safe and would come back :)

There was literal black mold on pillow cases and sheet, blood spots on toilet seat and chair, desk was sticky, very very very unsanitary, clearly had not been cleaned on a VERY long time. No one would come to the desk to address. Complaint filed with Department of Health this place was THAT BAD. ...
