"Overall, the place was great and staff very helpful and friendly. The pool area is nice — the pool is way smaller and than it looked in the photos and I had assumed the restaurant was open all the time. No biggie at all, and I was overall happy with my stay. "

"The area this hotel is located in is EXTREMELY DANGEROUS! Just outside, my phone was stolen out of my hand by a man in a motorcycle riding on the sidewalk. Next day, two men attempted to kidnap my teenage daughter. THIS IS A VERY DANGEROUS AREA. Both incidents happened in broad daylight. Santiago overall according to the locals is a very dangerous city, and this part of town is on the extreme danger zones. "

"This is totally a surprise. Located in a charming neighborhood of Barrio Paris Londres with old time charms. And the newly renovated building houses very limited modern rooms, unique and comfy. Make sure you check your email to get info on accessing the building. The manager Chris at the front desk was very helpful and pleasant. Overall it was a wonderful experience. "

"Staff are friendly and professional. Just as the reviews all say, breakfast buffet is plentiful! We stayed clear of the eggs, but the fruit, pastries, and a la carte items were all fresh and delicious. Room was basic but clean, atmosphere in the common areas (lobby, etc) is like something from another time! "
