Find Hotel with a Concierge in Downtown Santa Barbara, CA

"A very wonderful hotel for those who can appreciate it’s vibe. If you are looking for a specific franchised environment … this may not be the place for you. Good bar, very good restaurant. Bring your swimsuit as the pool is amazing, and heated! Fun to have a few guest pooches to pet as you sip your ice tea or cocktail on the outdoor patio, or your private patio just outside of your room. Lots of food options nearby. The only “thing,” which I wasn’t expecting, was to have my bed for the night be a fold-out couch. I had a reservation for a room with a bed but got in late (yes, airline delay) to find the only room left was a “living room” with a couch-bed. It was okay for a night. If you MUST have a bed and are coming in late, call ahead and tell them … or you may end up with what they have left."

"Our stay at Hotel Virginia was so lovely simply because of the amazing staff they have. I wish I got everyones names to thank them during this review because that is how great they all were. The valet attendants were so kind and always willing to help and always had a smile on their face! The front desk woman during check-in was so great and the whole process was super quick! And the cleaning staff were just as lovely too. The staff here seem to enjoy their jobs and it shows in their mannerisms towards the patrons. The hotel itself is great; clean rooms, location was perfect, no outside noise, and our room was a good size but I promise the staff is what makes it the best place to stay in Santa Barbara. "

"Great location, maintained well. Nicely renovated. Continental breakfast and wine and cheese in that afternoon. Really friendly staff."

"We enjoyed our short stay here - the courtyard is beautiful. I always wake up first in our family, and it was a nice place to sit and work while everyone else was still sleeping. We arrived very late and had no problem with parking and getting checked in. The room was nice, and overall I would stay here again."
