"The care the staff show makes a difference. I was asked what brought us to town and I told them I was here celebrating my birthday. The receptionist excused herself and came back shortly saying that they would like to upgrade us to a suite for my birthday! That was such a nice thing to do, and they've earned a customer for life. "It was a really great experience. My partner and i stayed only one night, but overall i love and do plan on coming back again. The pool felt great, staff was amazing and was always helpful, great views, rooms were clean and cozy. The best thing was that everyone is within walking distance to the hotel. We walked over to the DOCO and also to Sutter Health Park, and it was great!"
