"The pool was closed for renovations which was not disclosed on expedia or the hotels website for this location. Had it been disclosed, we never would have stayed; however, due to booking same day, no refund was available. Very disappointing!!!"

We checked in with no problem but upon return our key card would not work. We notified the front desk (Mr. Joel) and he immediately took care of the problem, from check in to check out was beyond amazing. Thank you 😊 "

"The room smelled awful we had to go buy air fresheners and frabreeze and doused the room and leave for a few hours before we stomach the smell of the room. Staff was nice tho. Also our car got a hub cap stolen from it, so not even the parking lot is safe ."
