「The fruit was not fresh, the coffee was cold, and the bacon was overcooked. Customer service was great, and the receptionist was polite and professional. Our flight and luggage were delayed; we landed at 2:15 a.m. on 12/20/25 and arrived at the hotel at 5:45 a.m.」

「It was very clean abd very well maintained. The front desk people were very helpful and friendly. The morning breakfast was tasty and offered a great variety of choices. Our stay was very comfortable. The price for the room was reasonable, especially for a suite!」
