"Good bar drinks, food and service. The bed was extremely uncomfortable, unfortunately. The staff seemed to not care much and lacked the proper hospitality attitude. Especially compared to the surrounding hotels in Newport where I've stayed and have felt much more welcomed compared Hotel Viking."

"Cleanliness was impressive. My routine when staying somewhere is to completely undo a bed and check it from the mattress up. I’ve never seen such a clean bed. My daughter commented how the bathroom was beautiful and the towels smelt amazing. Hotel is top notch maintained. I’ve never felt so accommodated, ..."
