"We booked this hotel for the indoor pool so the kids can spend their time swimming, upon arrival we were asked if we received a call that the pool will be closed due to maintenance(which we did not)This was extremely frustrating as the pool was the reason that we booked the hotel. They offered to remove the resort fee from our reservation but during checkout they tried to charge it again. It was extremely hard to get the personnel to turn on the firepits or deliver anything to our room. I understand it is off season but if you cannot operate on the level of service a good hotel is supposed to operate do not keep it open"

"An absolute gem. Came for a quiet getaway and the perfect storm of calmness. Will is a wonderful host, making sure I was welll taken care of and focusing on every detail. He made sure I was able to check in and reach him during a winter storm and was readily available. The place is wonderful and filled with lots of fireplaces and room amenities that feel spa like and warm. Best night sleep I’ve had in a cloud of pillows and bed, in such a long time. Thank you so much for a wonderful time. "

"The room was big, and private. Didnt even have to speak with someone to check in or out so that was nice. But I wasn't sure if the sheets werereally changed cause i saw some hairs so that made me uncomfortable. The bathtub was an out of service jacuzzi, which you cant use. Not that i wanted to. But the draw back was i literally had to put my whole body on the counter to get in and out of the shower. A stepping stole wouldve been great. Im 5"2 so it was basically a mountain/hazard getting in and out. My bf is 5"10-6" and he also struggled. I didnt expect a full mini fridge but at least a bottle of water would have been nice. There are vending machines with soda and some chips etc. But no water. It there was water and a stepping stole in the bathroom I'd say its a 4/5."
