Check in was easy with someone there to greet us, provide parking pass, and room keys along with an overview of the events going on downtown. Parking is onsite and no issues. Our room was clean and in great shape. This was a great place to stay for a quick walk down to the events and back throughout the day. As busy as it was downtown the hotel managed it well."

"We had a great stay at this hotel. We stayed in a very spacious suite and one of the biggest I have stayed in. Room was clean, great amenities, and great hot water pressure which is always a big deal for me at hotels. The check in prices was seamless and no issues at check in. This hotel is the only riverfront hotel available in Louisville and it’s close walking distance to great restaurants, shops and bars. "
