「The room was clean but outside everything is under construction and messy. We couldn't spleep because of noises coming from the room next to ours. The price is too high having in consideration that they are under construction. I am not giving a worse review because the staff was really nice.」

「The owners and operators were very friendly. You seldom meet the owner's family at a hotel. They were appropriately proud of their place tucked in a charming small community.」

「It was a good experience」

「Quite interesting.」

「Clean . Friendly staff」

「We had a comfortable stay meeting up with family in Boone for the weekend. The room was large and comfortable and the breakfast was nice before a day out on the trails. I loved the availability of water bottles and coffee in the lobby.」

「Great breakfast」

「早餐很好」

「Room 226 and the room beside it have major moisture problems from the indoor pool beneath them. Room 226 has an intense mold smell that is dizzying. The staff were very helpful and kind but management puts them in the position of renting the moldy rooms and dealing with the hotel guests reaction to the inhospitable rooms. They kindly moved me to another room but it also had a strong odor that stayed in my clothes afterwards. I had an allergic reaction to the mold and had to take Benadryl after...

「Our room wasn't ready when we arrived at 6:15 pm. I was told no other rooms were available. 30 minutes after we arrived, we were provided with a room. There was no thermostat in the room, just a window unit that has manual on/off with a dial for cooling and heating. You can't set a temperature. The breakfast was very well stocked and clean.」

「Staff and breakfast were amazing. Room cleanliness could have been a better but not bad. No blackout curtains. There was an event while we were there and parking was chaotic. Also it can be very loud in the rooms during events. Overall a decent place to stay. The property is beautiful.」

「Great room. Nice balcony. Will definitely stay again.」

「The breakfast team was wonderful. Attention to detail and responsive. I gave a medium rating to staff because we were not told that we had to request room make up when we arrived. 3 days and no service, on the 2nd evening we complained and were told the hotel was full so they were too busy to around to us.」
