「Clean and comfortable room at a very fair per night rate. All of the staff were very helpful and personable. The location was a perfect "base" for visiting Estes Park and surrounding "tourist" areas. Within walking distant to many restaurants and shops. Would definitely stay there again.」

「 The inside of the apartment was dirty and full of dog hair. They had no way of recycling, the beds were itchy and full of dog hair. The sofa bed was nasty with dirt and dog hair. Having people above us was loud and pretty lame. Tons of earwigs and bugs. 」

「Good place to stay」

「Property was great! The night we stayed there was about 100 cars in the parking lot next door revving their engines until about 1030 pm on a Sunday night which was really annoying. I did call down to desk and they said there was nothing they could do and that the police usually didn't do anything about it either. They did end up dispersing and the parking lot was empty by 1040. The hotel was nice, clean, staff was friendly. I would stay there again. 」
