"It was fine and met all our needs. They have scary signs at front desk about 300$ fines if there is any damage to linen so this stressed me out. I understand why they do that but you never know if you need to check the bed carefully prior to using it, to spend more time on checking things or just let it go. So overall it was clean, coffee maker, fridge and microwave were in the room - thank you for that! TV (or remote control) didn't work (but we don't really watch TV). So I give it an excellent grade for the price we paid. Not smiling staff didn't bother me:) "

"Average breakfast, rickety elevator. Someplace above average of a now bygone era. The staff were welcoming; everyone I came in to contact with were accommodating. With a room change after the first night, everything else went well - thanks to my solutions based front desk staff. They are not pet-friendly; there’s a sign on the desk and you can’t miss it. We did not travel w any pets. Major shopping area! Nice size event room. Clean linens. Affordable. Breakfast. Coffee."
