「The parking lot was full, bathroom floor and shower were not cleaned and visible hair Parking was off site and full, requiring I pay to park in an offsite ramp. Lovely views」

「Clean room. Clean place. Great fireplace. Dislike was you had to pay to have breakfast! For staying there and the cost of the rooms it should of been free!」

「Everything was good, clean and the majority of staff were pleasant.」

「Such a great place!! Front desk staff ROCKED!!!!」

「Great place」

「I would pick somewhere else to stay. Hotel is old with poor lighting. Staff are old and not very helpful. The premium price for staying in the middle of town is not worth the price. I would eat breakfast here but stay somewhere else.」

「Front desk young man and lady were not friendly, warm and welcoming. So that was a turn off to begin with for our stay. Someone else’s dirty socks were in our room and bathroom floor wasn’t the cleanest. I don’t like posting bad reviews but I book off reviews and we were disappointed. Great location though」

「Good people」

「A+」

「We had a suite which combined the rooms of #5 and 6. Period furnishings that were actually comfortable. The hotel provided a refrigerator, but no microwave or toaster. The drinks at the bar were quite reasonable. This hotel was centrally located to historical sites. Very clean.」

「We enjoyed a quick over night trip to Deadwood and always enjoy our stay at the Lodge」

Unfortunately, the nights that we stayed at the property. There were Boxelder bugs present in the hallways, as well as in our rooms. In addition, they were also found in the breakfast area. It was a major inconvenience, and although we were told the bugs were not harmful, it grossed us out. I killed a lot of...

「We got the last room available, a suite. We usually try to stay at a Comfort Inn because of their standards. It looked okay when you walked in the door, but when we actually settled in, things were noticeable. The bathroom only had 2 kleenex (I have allergies) Trip to the front desk for more. The lounge chair had papers sticking out from under the cushion that were definitely not ours. Obviously, the cleaner had not cleaned the chair recently. Used t he toilet. Only 1/4 roll of paper in the...

「pros: spacious room cons: room cleanness need to improve slightly far from business district」

「Nice n Quit-We always stay there when going to deadwood」
