It was really great, staff was great and the hotel and spa was beautiful! The only problem was I didn't receive my full deposit back, which is weird because the room was left spotless.

Awesome place. Definitely feels like you're on a vacation to Vegas, Reno, Tahoe, etc. when you're staying at Monarch. Also seems to be the nicest casino/resort in that area. I'll definitely be going back.

The balcony view was picturesque and the staff was courteous, attentive and helpful. Parking was easy and there are many places to go in the area, which was nice. We will be returning soon!
