"Let me start of by saying that the room was nice and clean. Our main complaints dealt with the amenities that were advertised but not available during our stay. We booked the weekend at this hotel in particular because it was advertised to have a bistro and a bar in the hotel as well as an indoor pool. During the 3 days we were there, the bistro wasn't open once. Not for breakfast or in the evening for dinner. The front desk said that the person that ran it just "didn't show up." Even if it was staffed, calling the bar a bar is a giant reach. They displayed some general beers and a couple wines, and that was it, but we wouldn't have been able to get that anyways so no one ever ran the bistro. As far as the pool was concerned, it was freezing. It was supposed to be a heated indoor pool, but it was freezing. The building itself was freezing too. They didn't have any towels in the pool room, so my husband went and asked the front desk to which they said they would bring us some. We swam for a few hours, and the towels never came. The shelves stayed empty. So we ended up having to go back up to our room soaking wet. We encountered an employee from the laundry staff as we were waiting to get on the elevator, and told her about the pool room not having towels and about telling the front desk. She just said to ask the laundry staff next time. We booked here because of the promised amenities, and I wish we would've stayed elsewhere. "

"Looks good on the outside but is dirty and outdated on the inside. I guess I got what I paid for as upon entering my room it smelled slightly of cigarettes although there is a no smoking policy. Nothing has been dusted off or wiped down properly as there was even dust in the chair cushion. I had to ask for new sheets as it appeared to be dried up blood stains on the sheets that were initially on the bed. Coffee area in the lobby looked dirty. The walls throughout the lobby and the room could use a heavy wipe down and on my last night I had to kill a roach that was in the bathroom. When asked for at least a small compensation for all the inconveniences it was stated that because I prepaid for the room on Experian, I could not be given any money back and would have to go through them. They offered me a free nights stay but I told them no thank you as I will not be back. The reviews were misleading or maybe my standards were too high. The good thing was the staff was friendly and the location. "
