「Chambre spacieuse et très propre ! La salle de bain est très moderne. Le petit déjeuner était copieux avec des produits de qualités. Je recommande vivement si vous êtes de passage dans la région car nous avons reçu un excellent accueil !」

「The hotel was located right across the street from the station so it was very convenient as we traveled in and out of Rouen by train. The staff was very helpful and showed us how to get to the main attractions. We were upgraded to a larger room and it was great. There was a kettle and free tea bags and instant coffee were provided. Will definitely stay there again next time. 」

「The hotel is pretty good except reception staff. Of course it's a 5 star but some points I'd like to share with everyone. 1.Actually there is no Netflix as they write and reception staff doesn't know what is Netflix. 2. If you dress more formal,reception staff will welcome you more, otherwise they go through SOP and treat you coldly. 」

「Very clean and comfortable 」

「The room was small but adequate . The air conditioner wasn’t working , only blew hot air and as it had been 27 degrees that day it was a very hot unpleasant night . We had to sleep with window open , the road noise was awful and the a car alarm went off . We hardly slept . The light switch on the bedside light was broken so I couldn’t switch it on to read . All in all an awful night with not much sleep . With a very long drive back to the uk the next day it wasn’t ideal . Teception was closed...

「This is an excellent hotel, with good clean rooms and very comfortable beds. The gardens are lovely and there is safe parking. The host is very friendly and helpful. The meals are delicious. Absolutely nothing to complain about and I have stayed many times.」

「Lovely room, very comfy bed, loved the balcony overlooking the bridge and the river. We had the breakfast which was good value - nice it was served on a tray, we could take to our room or we decided to have it outside. We'd have liked some seats here and there in the island to sit by the river.」

「Le menu est correct mais servi au "compte goutte". Plus de baguette3/4 d'heure après le début du service.....Pas de pâte à tartiner, peu de jus d'orange , de yaourts et de compotes...voire il faut en réclamer. C'est dommage.」
