「The location of the hotel was great. Our room looked out at the river, trams went by often and there is a grocery store less than a block away. The staff is excellent and was very helpful when my husband got sick and needed to go to urgent care. The breakfast buffet had lots of variety, even a few gluten free/non-dairy items. The property could use some deep cleaning, especially the carpets. The road noise does get a bit loud. The room service menu was very limited.」
