"The staff at the Porto Moon & Sun hotel were absolutely fabulous. They greeted me and my family with nothing but smiles and were very helpful with getting my (very large) American SUV parked at a local garage. One person at the reception even accompanied me to the parking to ensure that everything went smoothly. During our stay we asked for recommendations for activities, restaurants, etc. and received excellent service. The breakfast buffet was also nice, and our hotel room was spotless and cleaned thoroughly every day. We had a very enjoyable stay and would definitively recommend this hotel to anyone else looking to stay in Porto."

"The property was in a nice quiet and safe area. The room was clean, nice and large with plenty of space to move around. The rooftop bar offered a nice view of the area. The staff encountered were all nice and provided exceptional service throughout the stay. Overall, the property was well maintained and offered excellent service."

"Excellent stay for 1week, I requested early check in and the reception was able to accommodate me. Buffet breakfast is excellent. Healthy foods and high quality. Overall 5 star and highly recommended."

"The water flow for the toilet stopped late in the night to the morning and we were not able to flush the toilet. The young girl at the snack bar was so rude and unattached to her job. It's unbearable. The lady of the checking account was very nice. Please tell your people not to recommend anyone going to that restaurant down the street. They called the police on us because we didn't want to pay for the raw fish that they served us. Everything else was wonderful, clean and perfect for one overnight stay."

"All around great property. The only downside is no parking. But there is public parking nearby. You can buy 48 hour passes and come and go without paying each time. Breakfast was awesome."
