Nice clean hotel with great staff, they were doing construction and updating the hotel. Can’t wait to go back to see it all finished! Workers respected the customers.

Unfortunately a previous guest stole the iron,tv remote and ice bucket. The staff did their best to replace these items.

CLEAN!
This was by far the cleanest room I've ever stayed in. It was immaculate. The furniture and bed were newer, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious, with a friendly staff, and the pool was the perfect temperature and also very clean. I would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to stay in Douglas, and from now on, it will be my go-to when I am in town.

Definitely recommend!
Hotel was very nice and comfortable. Staff was friendly and extremely helpful. From the front desk lady that suggested places to eat, to the helpful people that made breakfast, you can’t top the staff! The room was nice and comfy. The pool was great, the kids and adults all had a great time! Next time we go to Douglas, we will definitely stay here again!

Friendliest staff. I arrived early so their reaction was to clean my room asap so I could get in. Room looked/smelled great. Thank you Sheela. Beds are comfortable. Sheets are soft. Breakfast area is clean and well stocked. No b.s. this is the cleanest/friendliest hotel in Wyoming.
