Hotel Review

We enjoyed our stay in the Douarnenez area and the hotel provided a pleasant base to enjoy it from. Breakfast was good and the evening meal very good. Staff were very pleasant and helpful . The accommodation in the annex was clean, comfortable and quiet. The condition of the building that your hardworking staff was housed in, shocked us as it looked dilapidated. This also impacts on guests such as ourselves, whose rooms looked onto it from the annex. Quite a difference from the views from the main building.

Même si nous étions dans de second bâtiment , la chambre était sale, sous les toits sans aucun équipement. Pour accéder à la piscine il faut payer les 22€ par personne pour l accès à la thalasso, cette dernière ne faisait vraiment pas envie, tâches de rouille sur les jacuzzis , sombre et peu fréquenté. Le personnel était agréable mais avait peur de se faire sanctionner a chaque demande. Le petit déjeuner était sympathique, mais attention aux mouettes à l extérieur.

Correct, mais pas au niveau de la promesse

Belle chambre, belle douche, bon lit. Au dessus d'un balcon avec un client fumeur, dommage... Bâtiment a l'écart de l'hôtel, accès a la piscine et au spa un peu compliqué du coup + pas de vue mer. Attention, payer pour place parking ne garanti pas qu'il y aura de la place pour se garer, mais en parler a l'accueil a permis de résoudre le problème.

Nous avons été très surpris de devoir loger dans un hôtel annexe, qui est en fait un immeuble en face de l'hôtel et de n'avoir aucun service dans cette immeuble, même pas une bouteille d'eau à disposition. Pour prendre le petit déjeuner il faut sortir de l'immeuble et traverser la route pour rejoindre l'hôtel !!! Si nous avions été prévenu nous n'aurions pas réservé à cet endroit, car Los de la réservation vous nous parlez de l'hôtel Valdys & Spa Hotel et de rien d'autre. l'application hotels.com est une escroquerie, la prestation vendue ne correspond pas aux photos, j'ai réservé un hotel thalasso et moralité, je dors dans un immeuble en face de l hotel et la thalasso est en supplément. j'ai demandé si le lit était en option.... le personnel est très gentil mais en sous effectif et c'est le client qui en fait les frais

Im Bad hat es zu wenig Haken. Wir vermissten einen Kühlschrank und erwarteten eine Flasche Wasser. Wir konnten das Zimmer erst um 17h beziehen, anstatt bereits um 16h. Es hat gut geklappt mit dem glutenfreien Brot.

Un séjour parfait

Très bon séjour avec un bon rapport qualité prix au pied de la plage des sables blancs. Le petit déjeuner vaut le détour face a la mer : essentiellement fait maison. Le personnel est très accueillant. À refaire à tout prix.
