Sehr netter Empfang, Frühstücksbuffet top, nette Aufmerksamkeit mit Kaffee und Tee auf dem Zimmer. Einen Stern Abzug für die Sauberkeit auf dem Zimmer. Wir haben ein paar Socken und verstreute Smarties unter dem aufgeklappten Schlafsofa entdeckt, ohne danach zu suchen.

Leider war bei der Ankunft das Zimmer zum angegebenen Zeitpunkt noch nicht fertig. Die Rezeption war absolut unterbesetzt und wir mußten über eine Stunde warten. Die Person an der Rezeption konnte nichrs dafür!!! Mehr als arbeiten, ging nicht!! Beim Frühstück war dann auch noch eine Kaffeemaschine defekt, somit musste sich alle Hotel an einer einzigen Maschine bedienen..., schade das für solche Fälle keine keine Ersatzmaschine bereit steht.
