No frills hotel. The room was simple and comfortable. Nice bathroom. Lacks a bit in atmosphere. Reception is not open 24/7. Entry area is not very welcoming and is shared with other businesses. Good deal for the price.

This is definitely a budget hotel. No proper reception or staff. Check in is at a coffee shop next door. This should be made more prominent in the property description in Expedia. Hotel is in the shopping district so that was nice.

Absolute rip off paid almost 600 euros for a two night stay for a very average room. Was also greeted with an additional £60 city tax on arrival. Was not worth what I paid

Good hotel only short walk from main station and underground. Hotel rooms themselves are nice, fairly spacious and comfortable beds. Seemed very clean also, could have room cleaned/clean towels daily if you wanted. Good having shutters and black out curtains too. We were overlooking the square outside and church, one night was a bit noisy til late and the overall night vibe of this area isn’t great but that’s not the hotel or staff’s fault. Breakfast was included in coffee shop downstairs, basic but enough to set you up for the day, although if go down later wasn’t always much left apart. Overall nice stay for our purposes which was to leave Dortmund and travel elsewhere each day, but the surrounding area would put off staying again. As said that’s not the staff or hotels fault just their location within the city.

Ohne smartphone macht der Aufenthalt nur bedingt Freude.Wenig Stauraum im Zimmer;im Zweibettzimmer noch nicht mal Platz für zwei Koffer,zumal man aus dem Koffer leben muß.Zimmerreinigung muß extra angefordert werden-hatte ich dann darauf verzichtet,da das Klopapier bis zum Schluß gereicht hat.

Midden in het centrum en vlakbij parkeerplaats Hansaplatz/Tiere. Hele gezellige koffie en ontbijt gelegenheid. Is ook openbaar dus veel beweging. Ontbijt prima (even vragen naar glutenvrij), volop keuze. Heerlijke koffie. Kamers prima en bedden ok (wij zijn veel gewend thuis).
