Beautifully surprised with the place once we reach the top of the hill. The two Sri Lanka gentlemen took care the place were so nice and cheerful. they gave us the story of the place and animals. The breakfast was beautifully presented with good quality food.
This was one of the best places to stay! You really can't get any better than this. SO MUCH SPACE- nestled in a state park, there are trails to walk, horses to see, beautiful views, just an all around welcoming and relaxing place. I wish I could move in!
Good location and place for kids, family and all .
Good location, good breakfast, free parking , friendly and polite staff, room clean , privacy and safe place , good service, comfortable, I will come again and again , I recommend it for family kids will enjoy to see Zebra, Horse, Dog and Cat. I glad to stay again.
Simply marvelous place to stay. Beautiful views from balconies, eclectic decor, large and comfortable room, good breakfast buffet and pricing. We would definitely stay again when visiting Lake Maggiore
Passing through for one night. This place is the ultimate hidden gem! What a great location, beautiful grounds and fantastic staff! If you're comparing this place to another one close by stop your search and choose this one!
Fantastic spot for kids + horses & great breakfast
Unique bed abs breakfast, located in a huge mension, with horses, cats, dogs (even a zebra!) you can meet wondering around. The kids loved it! The breakfast is also fantastic, and the price is very fair, especially compared to the Dolomites or the Garda area. Staff was very very friendly and hospitable. Highly recommended!

Thank you very much for your positive review , it's really important for us
This place is absolutely amazing. We stayed here after a long trip touring various cities. It was such a nice end to our Italy trip to relax. Our weather was not great and it had just turned cold, but we enjoyed wandering around the farm watching the horses and taking in the incredible view of the lake. The hosts, Terrance and Fernando, were the absolute nicest people and made sure we had everything we needed. The breakfast was so delicious with fresh orange and pear juice. Fernando makes the best french press coffee you will ever have! FYI - The guest houses are up a narrow and windy driveway and it would not be feasible to walk into town so either rent a car or prepare to call taxis. The Red Beef restaurant in Dormelletto was one of the best meals we had in Italy, highly recommend it!

Cmq ci torneremo In primavera o in estate perché merita davvero !
