Enjoyed our stay very, the service by the staff was great, almost anything request made was met. Some improvements could be made relating to cleanliness around the property (e.g. pols) and within the daily cleaning service. Absolutely loved the beach, extremely clean and relaxing environment.

A ne surtout pas prendre pour un occidentale ou émigré. Il y a beaucoup de moustiques, mouches c'est salé et le personnel ne sait pas servir comme dans un vrai hôtel. Pas de serviette ni de papier toilette

L’établissement 10/10. Mets l’application expédia ils sont pas juste ils m’ont fait les problèmes avec l’établissement de la réception. Heureusement il y a des bons des algériens. Il faut des gestes commercial avec un gros cœur.

Bon complexe avec de bonnes installations. La chambre était tres spacieuse. Les piscines etait propres et bien surveillees . Le personnel accueillant. Seuls défauts : la propreté des espaces communs laisse a désirée ce qui entraîne énormément de mouches. Idem sur les matelas des transats a la piscine ou a l'acqua park . Les matelas sont trops petis et beaucoup trop durs. Pour les repas le dinner est tres bon . Pour le petit déjeuné ca manque de variété : yaourt / pains / fruits / oeufs aurait était appréciés .

Tout d'abord je tenais à dire que j'ai rajouté 1 étoile pour le personnel qui est bienveillant avec ses clients. Je critiquerai la vétusté des bungalows et les prestations autres que celles comprises sont légèrement honnéreuses. J'ai été déçu de savoir que je n'avais droit qu'à 1 jour de parc aquatique car sur la réservation il est mentionné que durant mon séjour j'ai droit à la demi-pension et aux entrées du parc. Sinon j'ai admiŕé cette verdure bien entretenu et ses fleurs tout autour d'un environnement apaisant. La demi-pension à leur hauteur. Rien à dire. J'y retourné avec plaisir ! Merci au personnel!

Magnifique … j’ai aimé mon passage au complexe Doriane, le personnel y est très serviable et aimable. Les chambres sont propres et tout en blanc. Il y’a moyen de dîner sur place et c1 avait bon goût. Petit conseil: prendre directement une réservation en demi pension car il n y’a pas grande différence avec la formule petit déjeuner. Le dîner sur place est plus cher. Je reviendrais en famille la prochaine fois et profiter de l’Aqua Park et piscines.
