「Bad customer service (horrible, it’s through a phone line and no one is near the hotel). . TV controller didn’t worked. Very difficult to understand how to get to the lobby. Place is not secured, any guest can lock the lobby from the inside and you will remain outside until someone comes out. I clearly hear the room outside. The fridges are shared with the whole hotel. 」

「I couldn’t have a more positive review to leave for Mansion miraflores! Check in was so easy, the hosts are quick to respond if needed, everything was clean and the ac is strong lol! It’s a beautiful property and it’s very clear it’s well cared for. The kitchen had everything you would need to cook/eat. There are so many places to go within walking distance whether that’s to eat, get a drink or even go to ocean park beach! The laundry machines were definitely helpful to have. I would stay here...

「Location is perfect, close to everything. Building is good and pool too. Apartment needs to be updated. Couple things was not working or in bad condition like the microwave and ceiling fan. Bedroom was ok, but the sleeping couch was in bad condition. Parking is close enough but expensive for a night and it’s very difficult to find a parking spot on the street. 」
