「Charming surroundings and very comfortable rooms. Delicious buffet available. Very accommodating staff and all very friendly and helpful with English speaking guests.」
「The hotel is beautiful. Zuzka was wonderful. She was patient, very efficient, kind and her English is excellent, which we really appreciated. Thank you again Zuzka! Hope to see you again! Jessica and the USA band Vio-lence. 」
「Nice wooden-houses-hotel for winter enjoy, but it needs more cleanness and maintenance. People in reception are the less smiling all over Slovakia. No possible to have dinner (second time I found the restaurante closed). Breakfast is always very good, with a lot of choice and quantities.」
