「It was a nightmare trying to communicate prior to my stay. I booked 2 rooms for 2 adults and 2 children. I was told when I booked that I would need to wait until closer to stay to request rooms close to each other. There is no representative at location so all communication is via email or one time we phoned and the woman was very rude. 「Tried to get in contact with owners, no answer. Was trying to get extra towels early in our stay and then check out early. Only ever received automated responses via Expedia messenger which I guess they don't see? Parking is fairly rough, don't rent a large vehicle. The lot to park in is on a VERY narrow street with other cars crammed up to the gated entrance. Great if you are in a small car or on foot! Booked for a week and was only given 2 trash bags, no recycle bags and 2 towels. The...
