「This is a great base within a secure compound. What let it down was inconsistency - I was asked why I didn’t leave the key when I went out for the day (it was needed to get back into the compound) No towels had been placed in the room so had to be requested - power plugs to t.v. Did not fit the power sockets so an adapter needed to be brought - T.v. Service card needed to be topped up before being able to access channels. room was serviced after 1st night but not 2nd. No water supply on...

「When I checked in I was told that I did not pay. After producing the receipt and proof of payment I was allowed to go to the room. The room heater was on in the middle of summer and to my frustration there was no working remote to off the heater. Ac not working and had to kill quite a few mosquitoes. No attention by the staff and very poorly trained. What a disappointment 」

「There were cockroches in the bathroom. According to the Hoteis.com the breakfast was included, but according to the owner the site was wrong, and offered the breakfast with a charge.」

「The location was beautiful. Loved the convenience to the mall and pathway by the sea. We had two rooms and the showers in both rooms went from scalding hot to freezing without moving the knob.」

The doors in the kitchenette were falling off, the fridge froze all our food…We had bad weather while we were there and rain water was all over the floor one morning when we woke up. The air dryer was missing … I had to ask 3 times to finally have...

「Hotel was nice, although we were the only guests, which felt slightly strange. There had been a mix up and we got a double room instead of a twin but it was sorted out and we were given breakfast as an apology. Large comfy room and pleasant staff. We went to a nice restaurant within walking distance but the location didn't really feel ideal.」
