「We arrived at Vila Nika to discover that it had been booked already but the owner gave us a room in the Boutique Cosmopolis situated opposite. The view was much prettier, we could see the sunset on the sea, it was beautiful. However there was no kitchenette so we struggled a fair bit in terms of cleaning cups/spoons/etc where we had to use the sink in the bathroom. 「Sehr moderne Anlage. Abbildung auf der Internet-Seite ist total veraltet. Mittlerweile wurde ein komplett neuer größerer komplex davor gebaut. Sehr nahe an den von uns gebuchten. Keine Privatsphäre da alle Balkone zueinander schauen. Möbel und Auflagen total verschmutzt. Extremer Schimmelbefall an der Decke des Bades.」

「L'hébergement est moderne et vien situé. tres propre et offrant toutes les commodités comme une laveuse, deux piscines accès a une petite plage privée. Pas trop loin de Zadar en auto et une propriétaire super gentille qui nous a bien conseillé. 」

Make sure you contact the property with check-in times before arrival, I didn't see the note that the property owner isn't on-site. But the owner was responsive and we got in faster than some hotel concierge lines I've been in.」
