「We stay in hotel for 4 days, bedroom is very clean and comfortable, nice view and nice place, breakfast is very good, have private drive pick up is very amazing, uninterrupted connection wifi even I am on the beach, the restaurant food very delicious, swimming pool and spa quite good, everything is very nice」

「Jag brukar aldrig ta mig tiden att kommentera men vi hade en så himla fin upplevelse på Tirena hotell att det förtjänar en review! Det som stod ut var hur rent och fräscht allt kändes! Speciellt Maro Club som kryllar av barn och som ändå var så rent! Frukostbuffen var väldigt fräsch och inbjudande den också! Vi älskade vår resa! Sen finns det ändå saker som är värt att lägga till och tänka på om man ska vara extremt petig: Poolen har ingen sluttande entre. Det finns trappsteg men för vår 6...

「我們被安排住在同系酒店 Royal princess hotel, 但事前沒收到通知，故check in 時找了些時間才到 princess 查詢。同系酒店只有一間開放，應是將所有預訂同系酒店的都放在一起。其他幾間都維修中，故周邊環境不佳，有太多建築進行中。酒店本身質素很好，房間大，整潔，早餐食物種類及質素亦合理。停車就放在街邊，5星酒店都不開停車場有些奇怪。酒店離舊城有10多分鐘車程，如有定期穿梭巴士會更佳。但以價格來說，整體上是超值的。」

「本次住二晚。銀卡會員礼遇紅酒，沒有準備，員工說不知道，會問主管，如有隔天補。隔天出去玩回來，再問櫃台，員工說是我的錯，因為我出去門口掛請勿打擾，送不進來，直接說我的錯。 早上餐廳有老先生打破餐具，幾位服務人員在旁邊，沒有幫忙，老先生自己慢慢撿。 服務待加強。」
