Don't Over Pay for the Stay
No one was at the desk. Breakfast was just purchased from the local food stand, very limited selection. Small Bathroom, and water flood everywhere. No local maps available. I key only. Limited room service, and front desk service. Front desk had no valuable local information. Smells bad. Far away from "Fish Market", and the night market is only opened at certain dates of the week, and not much to see. Other than the size of the room, nothing special at all.

您好 謝謝您的意見。 大鵬灣瞭望台民宿會努力往前，希望未來能 為住客提供飯店級的服務。 因此在平日時，提供自助式，希望住客能夠自在使用民宿各個空間。 據我了解，櫃檯和民宿員工，都盡可能在服務時間內， 為您做親切的服務和解說。 民宿地點處於住宅區，您所搭乘的計程車也很熟悉此區域。 民宿距離漁港車程約十分鐘，大鵬灣國家風景區為五分鐘，東隆宮為八分鐘，夜市也是五分鐘。民宿地點希望可以為各住客提供寧靜的住宿環境，也能短時間內抵達各景點喔~ 民宿只有申請合格的民宿營業執照，對面即有東港具負盛名的平價海鮮餐廳，走路即達，報上民宿推薦，還可以獲得小菜招待喔~所以民宿認為，不需要也不夠資格提供晚餐服務。 以上，再次感謝您的回饋，也供您參考。 如果民宿服務不能滿足您的需求，屏東縣還有很多優質飯店可以選擇。 祝您闔家安康 大鵬灣瞭望台

No one at the reception when we do check in and we can’t even get into the building. Yet room and space are nice and cozy, with breakfast and bike for your convenience travel.

Best stay I've ever had for the money spent. This bnb facility is new (just built within 2 years) and has newer everything. New beds and new bathroom, very clean. The only thing is the check in process, we arrived around 6pm and no one is there. We called and got the access without a problem, but for international travelers that means you'll have to have a working cell phone in order to check in outside of business hours.

停車方便、4人房空間寬敞舒適，整體感受性良好，唯有一點是拿取鑰匙後來到房間門口，門口未標示房號，還好對房門口有標示，可以推斷另一間房號，但還是建議每個房間門口都可以清楚標示房號。房號6502。

優點：離大鵬灣近、有腳踏車可借、房間舒適、頂樓景觀佳 缺點：接待人員不親切，入住時只說明房間位置，沒有介紹公用空間。浴室小且無乾濕分離，蓮蓬頭就在馬桶旁，洗個澡旁邊的衛生紙跟垃圾桶很容易就濕了，進出廁所須小心地滑。隔音不好。

環境清幽、床鋪枕頭相當的舒適、而且還附早餐。但仍有改善的空間，如馬桶座墊需要檢修一下、入住時應詳告退房時間，以及超過中午十二點需加收費用並不是臨時告知等細節。整體而言CP值仍是不錯的。

飯店乾淨整潔，赤腳起居也很安心。民宿外就是附設停車場，頂樓還有瞭望天台，晚上可以看到跨海大橋的夜景。很棒！

早餐超級不方便，要開車到外面商店拿取，浴室非常小，洗澡會卡到洗手台，浴室出來門檻過滑容易滑倒，腳濕差點滑倒，應該貼上止滑膠帶，服務態度溝通應對客人的柔軟度不夠。服務品質有待改善。

夜景很美，頂樓可以在那邊看風景 優:電梯 乾溼分離，陽台看夜景，頂樓也可以去看看 很有飯店的FEEL 插座在床頭旁邊讚 缺點: 沒什麼缺點 CP值高
