「We had a reservation through Hotel.com, but once we arrived the place the owner said he had no room for us. Neither him or hotel.com refund the money we paid foe the reservation.
Terrible hotel, horrible owner and awful assitance by hotel.com.
If you hve another options, choose otero hotel and other web to make the reservation.」
