Blankets did not smell clean. Did not have a mini fridge as stated in the description. I needed and asked for one. I was told that I was going to get one but never did. Unfortunately I had already paid for 3 nights.

If your looking for a stay while you work it works gets it done but not very clean stayed a week nobody messed with our vehicles but didnt feel safe, elevator never worked, bullet holes on front door, 2nd story room flooded ofen bath didnt have curtain when we arrived

Do not recommend. Do not book through Expedia. Booked my stay 3 months in advance and when I arrived the day of my event to check in I was told they cancelled all of the bookings for the weekend with no notice. I received a confirmation the day before my stay began. They claimed that it was because they were OYO and not Wyndham anymore even though I booked with OYO. Then tried to charge twice the price of my weekend stay for one night. Hotel had a terrible smell and did not feel as if the AC worked in the lobby. 0/10 recommend

After booking my reservation in advance and calling three times to confirm my reservation before I arrived, my reservation was cancelled. I was then told I could rebook the room at a price that was 4x the original rate I booked it at. The front desk staff told me that the property had nothing to do with the cancellation and that I need to call Oyo customer service. They were horrible as well. Telling me that they had no control over the rate and I would have to hang up and call the same number back to be connected to someone else?? Oh and I only entered the lobby but it was dirty and disgusting, smelled horrible, and they also had what looked like a bullet hole in the front glass door, multiple windows were cracked. If I could give zero stats I would. Do not stay here!!!

This place was horrible. Not a Baymont. It is an OYO. This place is not worth staying at, pay ten dollars more and you can stay at an actual decent hotel like 40 mins from here.

They just reservation 3 days in advance arrive at hotel and was told they had no rooms. The property was disgusting. The girl behind the counter was extremely rude and telling me you have to go somewhere else because I don't have any rooms

Elevator was broken. Card key system was broken so no key. Attendant had to let me in my room. Bathroom not clean. Sweet smell in room was over powering. It’s cheap so I had low expectations. It was much worse than I could imagine.

The hotel room overall was ok. The room cleaning was not the best. I found a food bag belonging to a previous tenant behind the night stand, hair in the bed and the bathroom had some less than desirable things on the toilet requiring me to clean it with my personal cleaning supplies. It would have also been better if my room had a functioning room key reader but it didn’t. My room had to be manually opened by the front desk anytime I wanted to get back in my room.

The worst customer service … lady at the counter was not professional at all. They keep (1/3) of the cash deposit no matter the room was clean and all good at the check-out. The receptionist said if you do the deposit with credit card you will never get it back… I ask for a receipt for the deposit and the lady said “is not receipt at all for the deposit ( personally I think is ilegal, they should give you a receipt for any transaction) If you can pay a little more and stay in another place. Good look! 👀

There was no washer and dryer available like it said there would be for me. The overall cleanliness of my room wasn’t that great. There were mice running through my room and trash at night and when I canceled the rest of my stay, even though I had reserved 10 days and stayed 4, they wouldn’t refund the full 6 days only 4 of them.

Hotel is semi clean (passable) and safe. THATS ALL! No service, 1 ice machine, Jerry rigged TV, clock doesn’t work. Was told NOT to use the in room coffee she thinks it’s there for “decoration “ had to beg for new towels finally took old towels to them to exchange for new ones. Staff was nice. Let me park the bike under the porte coche’re. This is my analogy so far. But I don’t care it’s safe so far and passably clean. Needs a lot to be desired as far as amenities and services.

Not worth the price
The room was not very clean, the entire floor was sticky and there was no trash can in the room. The beds were comfortable, but given the price paid per night, I would have expected better conditions. Additionally, the elevator was very loud and slow and the carpets in the halls and stairs were a mess.
