After booking my reservation in advance and calling three times to confirm my reservation before I arrived, my reservation was cancelled. I was then told I could rebook the room at a price that was 4x the original rate I booked it at. The front desk staff told me that the property had nothing to do with the cancellation and that I need to call Oyo customer service. They were horrible as well. Telling me that they had no control over the rate and I would have to hang up and call the same number back to be connected to someone else?? Oh and I only entered the lobby but it was dirty and disgusting, smelled horrible, and they also had what looked like a bullet hole in the front glass door, multiple windows were cracked. If I could give zero stats I would. Do not stay here!!!
