「The property is located within a peaceful golf course setting, offering a quiet and scenic environment. Driving from Karuizawa JR Station takes approximately 20 to 30 minutes. Please note that the road leading to the hotel can be quite dark at night, so extra caution is recommended when driving. We stayed in Room 113, which includes two bedrooms and two bathrooms. 「We check-in an unclean room on time. Horrible and don’t understand why it’s happened. How can they let a guest check-in before the room NOT clean. Not friendly and helpful customer service. Not going to choose this brand again when travelling around. Not recommend this for others 」
