"We only stayed 1 night on our way back to the UK. The location is near a motorway junction, making getting in and out of Bordeaux relatively easy. The kitchen area was small but well stocked and you could cook a meal. It was all a bit tired really but the staff were helpful and friendly"

"Walked into reception to find a miserable looking woman holding her head in her hands, elbows on the desk. No greeting. Tried to charge me for breakfast even though it was already paid for on booking, 15 minute argument and would accept receipt as proof. Most of the lights in the room weren’t working, the room is wired wrong so all switches have to be on for any to work but you don’t know which combination of switches so that took 15 minutes to figure out. TV remote didn’t work. Asked at...

"The breakfast is nice. The fresh yogurt is a really good helper for my digestive system. However, I would like to suggest a handle cover for the pot lid & spoons as they are hot. If possible, a little more space for the food table so people can get food much easier. Would to like to have stir fried veggie in the hot food section."
