「Great view from my room. Excellent service」

「工作人员都很热情友好比埃勒同品牌酒店更好。位置也不错！值得推荐！」

「Wonderful hotel and we had an amazing stay. Very clean and well maintained with absolutely stunning interior and great rooms. The restaurant was excellent with good variety of cuisine from all over the world. Recommend to stay here when in Kandy.」

「Locate on the peak of the mountain, have to drive a very narrow way to the top, too many insects in the room otherwise it was perfect experience, shower is wide and super nice, staffs are very friendly and helpful, great view of the valley, worth every penny.」

「Hotel is pretty nice. Offered welcome drink, and very rich breakfast. The place is like a garden, with many different flowers.」

「Das Serendip Hotel liegt eigentlich traumhaft - aber in the middle of nowhere.

「Clean room,staff very helpful,great breakfast,views to die for x」

「A very beautiful and quiet place to stay. About 30 minutes from Kandy and a lovely place to unwind. The staff were wonderful.」

「It was a decent city hotel, it didn’t feel 5* at international standards but it was a good for one night and close to all the city activities.」

「Excellent location. Room was nice and comfortable. One issue - the wash basin in the bath room did not drain well and there was blockage. As a result there was some smell coming off the bathroom. Shower door did not close well - as a result there was water leakage」

「サービスのワインが良いワインで美味しかった。 庭に亀がいて癒された。 スタッフはフレンドリーで親切だった。 また滞在したい。」

「Good customer service. There was unexpected rain but they even changed our rooms for us. The workers were extremely polite and the breakfast was excellent. They were very helpful and kind with us, and I highly recommend this place for everyone.」

「This is a family-run hotel with a personal touch. The hosts were wonderful and super-helpful. Great location, great view, clean rooms. Lovely people. 」

「Bien situé. Calme. Très bon petit déjeuner. La directrice est très serviable.」

「Amazing experience. Cozy hotel with only 4 rooms. Very welcoming and feels like home. Great view from the top of the terrace and hotel room balcony. (Hotel at the mountain top) Breakfast and lunch are very delicious. Highly recommend!」

「We stayed for three nights. Absolutely amazing hotel. Staff were amazing and specially we need to mention our butler, Sakunthala and she was great and made our stay extremely memorable and special. Food was amazing too. We wanted to see Kandy perahara and the general manager immediately contacted the manager from queens hotel Kandy, who got us excellent seats to watch the perahara. Staff were so friendly and made our trip truly enjoyable.」

「舒適的環境，且在湖邊，距離佛牙寺與Kandy Dance的表演場地很近。只是週圍的店家較少，須走一小段路才能抵達，但是很悠靜。」
