The listing online mentions all of these things that we’re not available to us: -Gift upon arrival -Champagne service -Mountain View (hill view above hot springs is not the same) -Black out drapes (no way to block afternoon sun or evening moon and street lights on main window) -Dining table (no table provided inside) -Coffee/Tea (there was no tea on offer) -Outdoor pool access (no pool) They advertise this property...

"Great location in Telluride. A little older property, but everything you need such as restaurants, popular bars, grocery store, shopping, ski rentals, location to the gondola and most importantly coffee is within a block or two—really can’t beat the location. The staff was always available and accommodating and the cleaning service was top notch! The only issue we had was the continuous plugging of the toilets and broken bathtub water faucet handle.
