Great staff, average facilities.

No lift. Bathtubs not clean. Water from taps was slightly brown. Breakfast was lacklustre. Cannot exit the hotal after 10pm. Staff were extremely hospitable and accomodating. Allowed us to check-out late and use the jacuzzi for free.

I went there on a windy day and the pools outside were too exposed, it was unpleasant to use them, though later at night the wind subsided and I enjoyed one of the thermal pools. The smallest pool's water was extremley hot at night and I was unable to use it. This hotel has a lot of potential if water temperature control is improved and wind barriers contructed.

Kan veel beter

Het hotel ligt verscholen ver van de buitenwereld en de menukaart voor het restaurant s avonds was enkel in Bulgaars ter beschikking?!Dus gelukkig hadden we zelf nog iets te eten in onze koelbox. Verder was de dame bij de incheck vriendelijk en behulpzaam .
