"Checked me in under the wrong name, room was not what I had reserved, and when I questioned it, said that was all that’s was available. Took Over half hour with me standing over her - for the receptionist to figure out she gave me the wrong persons room. The only similarity was our last names started with the same two (2!) letters!!"
