「Check in was excellent! I don’t speak Spanish :/ and the reception spoke excellent English. What a beautiful location in the mountains. The scenery from every area - our balcony, the restaurant, the pool - beautiful. The food at the restaurant was good. Overall - felt like we found a diamond in the rough. 」

Limpio, con estacionamiento, restaurante la calidad de la comida es muy buena la atención es excelente , por ej Madelaine y el señor del restaurante también, un trato amable , humano , educado y profesional. En el caso de la chica hasta de temperatura del aire acondicionado y del agua por mi hijo que estaba con gripe.Volvería excelente atención. Es pet friendly,.pero es bueno saber que uno debe pagar por la mascota 25...

As of October 2025 all maps including Google, Waze and Apple maps all have the wrong and remote location. The correct location is Lucero. We had a beautiful experience! Everyone was so pleasant and welcoming. We had an amazing stay!」
