Our first meeting with Riviera Rayhaan By Rotana was with Ms. SouKaina. It is often said that precious things come in small packages, and when we think of diamonds and jewelry, we most often think of them - the hotel clearly has a small jewel with a big heart for extremely good customer service - and that is Ms. SouKaina, who unsolicitedly gave us important and practical information upon arrival and always with a big smile answered everything we wondered about during our 15-day stay. Every place in the hotel was neat, clean and tidy and the whole hotel actually always smelled good. The breakfast was quite varied. Big thanks to Ailyn who explained everything about the breakfast - and more, she is far beyond expectations polite and service-minded, and among other things, made sure that those who needed to know about my gluten-free food got the information, and I felt 100% safe when Ailyn sorted it out. Thanks to Mary, who always smiled and served us coffee and other things we had ordered during breakfast. The breakfast at the hotel deserves a good mention. The hotel is generally very clean and tidy. Good mattresses, duvets and pillows made our night's sleep a dream. The roof terrace with a large swimming pool was absolutely wonderful. Nema was always smiling in the breakfast room, but equally smiling and incredibly service-minded in the Aroma Lobby Lounge and the nearby outdoor terrace where she arranged parasols and catering for us.
