We showed up at property to realise that property is actually closed by authorities. Their phone is disconnected. The reception area was dirty and filthy. At 2am I was stuck on no one was in attendance. Expedia was no help. A guard from neighbouring building took me up to an apartment to talk to someone who works there. Saw 6 workers sleeping in an apartment with the door open. I felt really u safe and left immediately. Please stay away from this fraud at all costs.

The receptionists Alex and the guy from Uzbek were really nice & helpful. They made our stay very comfortable. I always book in this Hotel. The security wasn't that accomodating.

Stayed here previously, so wanted to return. This time no towels is the bathroom and no tissue in the box. They did have complementary water this time in the room.

This property is in a convenient location near a couple of malls. Uber is readily available. There are no complimentary water is the room. Major downside!! The King size bed is not really a king but two twins together that sinks in the middle. Not good!!

適合公務出差或自由行等短期住宿的優質飯店

房間乾淨，簡易廚房包含微波爐和加熱以及用餐所需的餐具，並附有燙衣工具和吹風機，適合商務出差居住，無線網路的品質算是不錯，但由於卡達官方會限制語音通訊軟體，需要與家人視訊的還是建議在台灣機場出發前租WiFi機。自助洗衣房有兩台3Kg的滾筒式洗脫烘衣機可用，但是牆壁和地板都是洗衣粉的痕跡，感覺有點髒亂無人管理，建議自備洗衣粉。 飯店早餐是套餐式，有中東/英式/素食/健康餐等種類可選，本次住宿最後一天的早餐突然變成自助式早餐時，推測可能是假日住宿的人多，改以自助式較為划算。附近走路5分鐘內就有2個Mall，用餐可至Doha City Center，內有家樂福和美食街，選擇較為多元，Great Mall的用餐選擇多為咖啡輕食。 飯店21樓有小而美的游泳池/SPA水療/健身房

Rooms were spacious enough. Staff is friendly. Communication was all good too. Here is the bad part: The shower tub is made badly, leaked and flooded the bathroom floor. The breakfast was disaster and I got late for my meeting. There is no buffet of breakfast and the charge is same as other apart-hotels that charge for breakfast. Supposed to start at 6:30 but no one was there until 7:15. It is a menu with 4 options that they prepare and bring to you in 15 mins. The breakfast was more than an hour long.

Best short stay apartment in Doha

Short stay apartment. Best deal in Doha for a short stay apartment. Having own kitchen and washing machine etc very important. Used to stay here when it was part of Accor group, and it’s basically the same. I like proximity to Gate Mall, and even not too far for city centre Mall. Staff always very friendly.

Front desk assistance was as good as could be. But there were no maps of Doha or any tourist information available, no material at all in the room about hotel services or the functioning of TV etc, no English language newspapers in the foyer or breakfast room unless specifically requested, room crockery and cutlery was not always cleaned properly by daily room staff, used tea/coffee bags not always replaced each day, lighting in the bathroom was poor, the toilet did not flush properly (seemed to be a water pressure problem), the shower recess leaked badly onto the bathroom floor once exiting the recess after use due to a design fault in the system, the room safe was broken and had to be replaced, ditto the iron electric plug, and the only full length mirror was positioned behind a couch and thus not accessible. Sauna did not work, jacussi water temperature was too low. Overall impression was poor management.

The 2 bedroom apartment did not amaze us. The floor looks dirty or perhaps just too old as well as the toilets. The cabinets smells mold. The receptionist was impolite. Not sure what kind of training they are having there. But atleast they provided us when we have requested clothes hangers,because there was none. Also we requested for extra pillows and blanket and they gave.
