"I don’t usually leave bad reviews but unfortunately we didn’t have a great experience. The staff were nice and the breakfast was okay. The location was also great, right beside the ancient city. However, the overall cleanliness was not great. I have travelled to 40+ countries and this is probably the least clean hotel I have ever seen. The kettle was completely full of mould, you would get extremely unwell if anyone was to use it. I have never seen anything like it in my life. And the pool...

"Room was unbelievable dirty. Dirty walls, layers of dust, mold, rust, dead spiders and insects, spider webs, other people's hair everywhere. no soundproofing in room, the dog was barking and something was humming behind the wall all night. shower didn't work. It's a huge disrespect to customers, for this money you can get much more favorable living conditions in this area."
