「This is our #1 go to hotel when we travel to Bismarck. The location is great, they are pet friendly, they offer breakfast with multiple options and everything is well maintained and clean. We have never had an issue staying here, it is more expensive than other hotels in the area but it is definitely our favorite.」

「The room and the parking were great. when we got off the elevator on the third floor, there was a horrid smell. it was a cross between musty/mold and animal urine. thankfully our room did not smell. I was also bummed that the hot tub wasn't working. For breakfast the next morning the food was almost out and there didn't appear to be anyone working that area.」

「We booked because Expedia website said lounge breakfast hottub and pool. All these were under renovations. If we had known we wouldn't have stayed there.」

「The carpet was dirty/stained. The microwave was dirty inside. The bathtub was stained and there was a spot in the floor of the tub that you could push on and it literally dented in. Fire sprinkler in the shower was very rusty.」

「The hotel appeared OK until I showered, and I didn't see the issue until I was finished. There was visible mold on the bottom of the shower. I showed the picture to the front desk staff, who said she would address it. I was very rushed for the few days that I was there, so I didn't say anything until I was leaving.」
