"We have a problem with the key card lock, as it locks us out 3 days out of 4 nights! We are guests of 3, staying in 2 bedrooms, and both rooms have the same problem. I think they need to update the key card system."

"Overall, we had a good experience, but I found the property description misleading. These are not private 50 “rooms,” but bunk beds in a shared space (25 in each space). Check-in is at The Anvil Hotel, (where you can book a private room for much higher price ) the Cache Hostel is located below the hotel. The location is excellent, right in the center of town, with shops and restaurants all within walking distance. The hostel beds and bathrooms were clean, and there is plenty of space to store an lock your bags. There is also a nice common area where you can relax. Overall, a good option if you’re looking for a clean, centrally located hostel - just be aware that the accommodations are shared bunk beds and bathrooms, not private rooms."

"Very clean! Whoever manages this property does an excellent job! The front desk staff was amazing, friendly and helpful. The pool/ hot tub area was to die for! Will definitely recommend!!"

"It is a lovely property but needs some ‘ fine tuning.’ The desk staff were friendly but not that helpful. The sink and tub would barely drain.. The thermostat in our room was difficult to get a comfortable temp and fan was very loud. There was no clock in room and could use another chair. For a luxury hotel and resort - the average price per night is out of line for what you receive."

"We loved the Wyoming Inn. Our room was very nice and the bathroom was large and the shower was large. The Inn has a great Spa hot tub room which is nice to relax in after a lot of hiking. The restaurant and bar was nice too. There was great lobby with coffee always available. We also like the little bonuses like cookies being available and complimentary ice cream. The location was great. Gun Barrel was within walking distance and the city of Jackson Hole was just a short drive as was Grand Teton National Park."
