「I love this property this is my second time Here , the Staff super friendly the unit very clean and the best part are the sunsets 」

「The only thing missing was coffee and sugar, I don't understand why they have a coffee maker if they don't leave coffee and they only left 2 bottles of water.」

「Loved location, parking, closeness to the beach, breeze way, and elevator. Rooms are adequate but need updating; no instructions on cable, facility rules, or garbage. No staff on site to ask questions. Had no cable and AC never really cooled down the room.」

「The grease trap was being renovated at the property. The grounds and our room smelled like a combination of rancid meat and rotten eggs. The GM was AWOL.」

「I had a business meeting in Bradenton area, and was able to booked the condo at last minute for my trip. The house is beautiful, one and half block from the beach, and half block from the coast. The balcony, settings, decoration, appliances, are beautiful, and up to date. A lot of very clean towels, we left everything as cleaned as received when we left, and treated the house like our own homes. Highly recommended for serious people, this is a very well maintained property, worth the money...

「The perfect location !! We could walk to almost everything it was perfect. There were a few minor things around the house to mention for future use. TVs don’t work correctly although we weren’t there to watch tv. I just like to fall asleep to it at night. Some door knowere lose and the tub handles were missing. Outside of that everything was nice. I couldn’t was the remaining dishes due to no rags or sponges . Sry 」
